CancelPilot analyzes email data you authorize us to access in order to identify subscriptions, renewal dates, and related information. Certain features may require connecting your email account through provider OAuth flows (e.g., Google or Microsoft). We never see your password.
3. Accounts and Security
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
- You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security incident.
4. Billing, Free Trials, and Cancellations
- Some features are offered on a paid basis. Prices and plans are shown at checkout or in-app.
- Free trials may be offered and can be changed or discontinued at any time.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Do not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
6. Privacy

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CancelPilot and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the European Union and, where relevant, the laws of your country of residence, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Venue will be appropriate in a competent court having jurisdiction.
